Do we need to provide our own phone number?
We usually set up a dedicated number from a software called "Twilio" for your clinic, or if you want to you can port an existing number.
How quickly can we get started?
Setup takes typically 5–10 business days, depending on the package and the availability of your clinic data and system access.
Will my staff need training?
